ICC 2027 in Warsaw will go beyond traditional boundaries, creating a platform where cartography connects disciplines, industries, and ideas.

We invite you to spend time within the historic walls of our closely collaborating universities—the University of Warsaw and the Warsaw University of Technology—where we combine geographical, social, and technical perspectives on cartography and, more broadly, geoinformation. In addition to exchanging experiences, presenting scientific and practical achievements, and establishing new professional contacts, you will also have the opportunity to learn more about Poland, Warsaw, and other cities. Poland, located in the heart of Europe, offers beautiful sandy beaches along the Baltic Sea, the breathtaking Tatra Mountains, and the remarkable region of the Great Masurian Lakes.

We are proud of our distinguished compatriots, whose legacy you can encounter during your stay. Nicolaus Copernicus, Fryderyk Chopin, Maria Skłodowska-Curie, John Paul II, Lech Wałęsa, and Robert Lewandowski are just a few of the internationally recognized figures associated with Poland. Warsaw, in turn, is a city where modernity meets history.
