ICA Executive Committee in Warsaw
It was an action-packed few days dedicated to laying the groundwork for an unforgettable event:
- Venue Scouting: The committee thoroughly inspected the event spaces at both Politechnika Warszawska and the Uniwersytet Warszawski, ensuring our academic facilities meet world-class standards for our global guests.
- Strategic Alignments: The ICA Executive Committee met with our Local Organizing Committee (LOC) to align on vision, logistics, and program development.
- Experiencing Warsaw: Beyond the meeting rooms, our guests got a real taste of Warsaw’s vibrant culture, rich history, and dynamic city life—proving that our capital is fully ready to welcome the global cartography community.
A huge thank you to everyone involved in making this site visit a smooth and productive success. The map for ICC 2027 is set, and we can’t wait to welcome you all to Warsaw!
